Fancy a little jungle love?
Wild Heart is returning to the Land Beneath the Wind in 2011 for its fourth Borneo Tour. Led by Dale Neill, scientist-photographer Colin Woods and Malaysia's No 1 wildlife photographer Cede Prudente this is one tour that is guaranteed to make your heart beat a little faster! White water rafting, Mount Kinabalu and a Malaysian cooking class are just a couple of extras on the agenda. The main course means getting up close and personal with Orang-Utans as well as Proboscis and Mecak monkeys. In Sukau we stay in jungle lodges and explore the maze of water-life in the fantastic Kinabatangan river system. There is one very special train ride that is sure form an indelible memory and we drive in our bus to an isoated, idyllic beach hideaway and swim in the south China Sea. There are additional features of this tour which will be announced at the same time as the final itinerary.
We are currently finalising the itinerary and prices. Early expressions of interest have been sufficiently positive to virtually guarantee the success of the tour . It looks like being our best Borneo tour ever. The tour is likely to be mid 2011 (May, June, July). Final details should be available early April.
